Limitation of Liability
The responsibility of Tailwind Touring and/or their agents is limited. They act only as agents for the tour member in regard to travel by any means whatsoever and assume no liability for injury, damage, loss, or accident occurring either on or off the bicycle, in any vehicle, or through the acts of any person carrying out the arrangements of the tour or for causes beyond their control. Tailwind Touring reserves the right to alter the itinerary as required by any reason whatsoever. Tailwind Touring reserves the right to accept or decline any person on the tour or to cancel the tour. The tour prices are based on exchange rates in effect on January 1, 2008 and are subject to change.

By submitting a booking request, you agree, warrant and covenant as follows: In consideration of the acceptance of this booking request, you hereby, for yourself, your heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, and anyone entitled to act on your behalf, release and discharge Tailwind Touring, its representatives, agents and employees, from any and all claims of injury or damages suffered by you as a result of your participation in or traveling to or from bicycle tours presented by Tailwind Touring or developed for you. You know that bicycle riding is potentially hazardous. You should not ride unless you are medically able and properly trained. You assume all risks associated with riding, including but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effect of the weather, traffic, and conditions of the road, all such risks being known and appreciated by you. You realize that bicycling is a strenuous activity that requires proper physical conditioning. You hereby certify that you are in such physical condition and good health.

You are responsible for your personal health being up to the physical demands of the tour. If you have any questions about a tour's level of difficulty, please ask us. You are also responsible for compliance with the laws of each country you visit, including all traffic regulations.

Tour Material
About 4-6 weeks before your tour, you'll receive general information on your tour including how to get to the start hotel, service phone numbers, travel tips and other helpful material.

Start of the tour
The tour starts in the afternoon or evening of day 1 with your arrival at your first hotel. In the evening we will have a group dinner and orientation with the actual cycling starting the next morning

End of the tour
The tour typically ends early afternoon. If you wish we can arrange a stay at a hotel for you that night.

Luggage
We will transport your luggage from hotel to hotel, so that when we arrive at the hotel that afternoon, your luggage will be waiting for you.

Bikes
You can bring your own bike or ask us to arrange rental. If you rent, you will still need to bring your own helmet and water bottles. If you want to use your own seat, let us know beforehand so we can make the appropriate arrangements.

Accommodations
Rooms are double occupancy unless you have reserved as a single and paid the single supplement.

Meals
Except for arrival day, and departure day, two meals a day are included. On arrival day, we provide a light supper.
